Accessibility

3Natives is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We know that the accessibility widget on our site is a helpful tool, but it isn’t a substitute for building an accessible website — so we’re working on both.
1. Our Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.
2. What We’re Doing
Making our website accessible is an ongoing effort. Our work includes:
- Reviewing new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA before they go live
- Using an accessibility widget to provide adjustable text size, contrast, and navigation options as an added layer of support
- Training our web team on accessible design and content practices
- Periodically testing key pages (menu, ordering, locations) with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation
3. Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of our site may not yet be fully accessible. This can include content on pages we don’t directly control, such as:
- Online ordering, which is hosted by a third-party ordering platform
- Gift card purchases, which are processed through a third-party gift card provider
- Our rewards program sign-up and account pages, hosted by our loyalty platform provider
- Third-party content such as embedded maps, social media feeds, or job listings
We’re actively working with these partners to improve accessibility and will update this statement as things change.
4. Let Us Know
If you use assistive technology and run into a barrier on our site, or have suggestions on how we can improve, please contact us. We take this feedback seriously and will do our best to respond promptly.
Email: contact@3natives.com
When you reach out, it helps to include the web address (URL) of the page, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using.
5. Enforcement / Formal Complaints
If you’re not satisfied with our response, some visitors may also have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice or another applicable regulator.
