We are very disappointed with our experience today!ordered 2 “all hopped up” smoothies and after having a only a few… sips we noticed there was a strange taste (or should I say tastelessness)! Normally, I would just drink it anyway, but this was literally that tasteless! It was like drinking burnt cardboard with ice..?!I sent my daughter back in to see if we could simply get a credit and get 2 different smoothies? They said, “NO we can’t give you any credit or even a discount”,and charged us for 2 more smoothies..?Needless to say it was a lot of expense $$ for very little reward. 👎🏻Would NOT recommend this particular location (the one by Leftovers restaurant).Not just because their smoothies are tasteless but mainly because of the very poor costumer service! I use to own a small cafe myself, I would NEVER treat my customers that way!!I truly lived by: “the customer is always right” motto!Seems like the new norm in customer service is to treat customer poorly and then make them pay for your mistakes??! 🤔#trulydisappointedread more

I would say I like 3 natives the food and drinks taste fresh and healthy it’s also pretty clean inside however I would… say the service needs to be improved a little bit but overall I would recommend eating here for lunch and dinner.read more

Wanted to call in a 6-meal order for a work account lunch and they wouldn’t let me call it in over the phone. Said I… can only pre order online and pre pay. Super inconvenient when I am working and driving and unable to do that. Simply called the 3 Natives Juno and they were happy to accommodate. Went there instead.read more

Went in today and no one came to the front for at least 10 minutes and then another person came in and finally they… come after 5 minutes after they walked in and heard the doorbell. Blonde lady working this morning was very uninviting and seemed as if she had better places to be. No smile….seems annoyed with her job. Not the kind of service customers that are buying from you deserve. Proceeds to rush me with ordering as I was clearly still analyzing the menu. She shouldn’t have a job there if she doesn’t have the customer service skills…. Maybe if you didn’t rush me I would have tipped more. Maybe a meeting to talk about customer service or some training would help out.read more

At 4:39pm, we went in for a smoothie and was told they were only making açaí bowls. They close at 5pm, for awareness.… Had to go to Tropical Smoothie Cafe where the smoothies aren’t as good or healthy. Very disappointing. Place is great normally, gave two star only because of this disappointment. Hope management fixes this. 8/1/21Thank you for your reply, it shows you care, as my boyfriend who knows you said you would want to know. Respectfully, it was your location (Military Trail, just north of Donald Ross Road in the Leftovers plaza) and I never said the Tropical Smoothie location was near the 3Natives location, I actually had to drive about 2 miles to Tropical Smoothie in Abacoa by Publix. You’re response was inappropriate as I was trying to provide feedback. I’m assuming you called your store to check, and she denied declining us smoothies, not sure if you have cameras, but all I’m saying is that we were disappointed we couldn’t get smoothies from your location 20 minutes before the store closed. This tells us not to come at that time, and all I’m doing is sharing my experience with others. Like I mentioned, I hope you fix this, we wanted the outstanding smoothies from 3Natives… not Tropical… we didn’t like turning around and leaving without what we came for. I always feel great after I stop in for an acai bowl. Fresh, healthy ingredients are perfect for a light lunch or heavy… snack.Very easy to order online for a quick pick-up. On the other hand, they have enough space that eating in works well.read more

Don’t get me wrong Standing Room has good burgers. Although sometimes the meat is well done. The wait is long for a… burger , avg 30-35 min. The employees were a bit rude. Customer Service is definitely not their strong trait.read more
